- 125 gr. from chocolate.
- 125 gr. of butter.
- 130 gr. of sugar.
- two eggs.
- 75 gr. from walnuts.
- 50 gr. Of flour.
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powdered.
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugary.
Preparation of the brownie with walnuts.
- To start preparing your brownie with walnuts, put the oven to preheat to 160º C. Then put the butter to heat up in a saucepan and when it starts to melt add the chopped chocolate. Mix as they melt until you get a single liquid sauce. Reserve it in a container.
- Now beat the eggs, add the sugar and beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture. When you have achieved a mixture without lumps, add the melted chocolate and stir until you form a unique mixture.
- Then add the flour, cinnamon and vanilla and stir well again.
- Peel the walnuts and chop them into small pieces. Add them to the mixture and stir well again.
- It is time to grease the mold you are going to use for the oven with butter to prevent the brownie from sticking. Once it is well greased, pour the mixture, leaving it well spread, and put it in the oven at 160ºC for about 20 minutes.
