  • 200 gr. from chocolate pastry
  • 150 gr. of butter
  • Half a cup of sugar
  • Half cup of flour
  • two eggs
  • 80 gr. from walnuts ground
  • 120 ml. from cream to mount
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation of the brownie with cream

  1. Start by melting the chocolate and butter, you can do it in a water bath, the most correct way to avoid burning, or you can place it directly in a pot and melt it over low heat. You can also opt for the microwave, in that case go programming every 30 seconds until it is melted, otherwise it could burn very quickly.
  2. Meanwhile, turn the oven to 180º C so that it is ready when it is time to prepare this dessert.
  3. In a container, crack the eggs and then add the sugar, stirring vigorously with a manual or electric stirrer until both ingredients are integrated. Then add the mixture of chocolate and melted butter to this same container.
