Ingredients

  • 200 gr. from chocolate White
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr. Of flour
  • 100 gr. brown or white sugar
  • 100 gr. unsalted butter
  • 50 gr. from walnuts peeled
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation of the white chocolate brownie.

  1. The first thing you will need to do to prepare these tasty white chocolate brownies is to melt the butter and the chocolate. Ideally, do it in a pot over low heat to avoid burning, but if you want you can also use the microwave.
  2. If you opt for the latter, heat first for a minute and then program the appliance for 30 seconds, stir the mixture and put it in again if necessary. Only then will you prevent it from burning, which happens very easily.
  3. Turn the oven to 180ºC so that it preheats. In a bowl, place the 3 eggs, the sugar and the vanilla, stir well with the help of electric or manual stirrers until the ingredients are perfectly integrated.
  4. Add the butter chocolate mixture to this container. In another container, sift the flour to make sure it is free of lumps, then add it to the bowl with all the ingredients and stir until it forms a homogeneous dough.
  5. Chop the 50 grams of nuts without crushing them completely so that they can be appreciated in the brownie. Introduce them into the dough and stir to mix.
  6. Butter a baking tray, sprinkle a little flour on top of the tray and pour in your soft chocolate brownie mixture making sure it is spread evenly.
  7. Put in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, remember that this dessert should be toasted on the outside but soft and moist on the inside.
  8. Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into portions. You’ll see everyone at home pounce on your tasty soft chocolate brownie! Delicious.
