The brownie pizza It will undoubtedly be the ideal one when you have a birthday to celebrate, and that the little ones will enjoy as they have never done.

Ingredients

For the mass:

1 package to make brownies
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup vegetable oil
two eggs

To coat:

White chocolate
Nutella
Biscuits airing
Chopped nut
Candied fruits
Lacasitos

We better go by steps …

Its preparation is simpler than it seems: start by beating the eggs in a bowl and in another the contents of the box to make brownie. Mix both ingredients in a single bowl.
Now add, while beating, the milk and the vegetable oil, until you achieve a unique and homogeneous mixture.
Grease a mold, with butter or vegetable oil, and pour the mixture, spreading it well throughout the mold. Program the oven at 270º C for about 20 – 30 minutes, until you check that it is well done.
Once ready, it’s time to prepare what the topping will be. In this case, we will make half of white chocolate and the other half of nutella, but other types of cocoa creams such as nocilla or dark chocolate can be used.
Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan and spread half of the pizza, smearing the other half with the nutella.
Now you just have to distribute, in the way you like best, the candied fruit, the lacasitos, the oreo cookies and the chopped walnut.
It only remains that you serve it on the table so that the little ones can wriggle their fingers enjoying it.
More ingredients can be added, such as crushed coconut, chopped almonds, other types of fruit … you just have to experiment and decide which one you like the most.
