  • 300 gr. from broccoli
  • 160 ml. milk cream
  • 200 gr. parmesan cheese
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of broccoli gratin

  1. After washing the broccoli with a little tap water, dry it well and separate the florets to start preparing this succulent broccoli gratin recipe.
  2. Heat about a liter and a half of water in a large pot and wait until it comes to a boil. Once the water is boiling add the broccoli along with a little salt and boil it for five minutes.
  3. When they are cooked, strain it and dry it well. Proceed to cut them into smaller pieces if you wish and transfer them to a deep container where you will add the salt and pepper. Stir well with your hands or a wooden shovel and reserve.
  4. It is time to put the oven to preheat to 200ºC with an up and down heat program without the fan function.
  5. Then add the milk cream and half of the Parmesan cheese to the blender glass. Beat well until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
  6. In a tray suitable for the oven, pour half of the cream, place the broccoli on top and cover them with the other look that you have left over.
  7. Then spread the other 100 gr. of Parmesan cheese that you also have left over.
  8. Once the oven is ready, put the tray in and bake for 15 minutes. If you see that the cheese has browned before 15 minutes, you can now remove it from the heat, because that means that your broccoli gratin is ready.
