- The first thing we will do is prepare the bream. For this you are going to peel the onion and carrot, wash them well and proceed to cut them into slices. You are going to fry these slices a little in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Distribute the slices on a tray that is suitable for ovens and salt and pepper the ingredients to your liking. By the way, turn on the oven at 120º C so that it preheats.
- Now you are going to clean the bream, removing scales and entrails. Once clean, you place it on the tray, over the onion slices and bathe it with the glass of white wine. If you wish, you can also add a little parsley on top.
- Put in the oven and make it for 40 minutes or so.
- When there are more or less 10 minutes left, peel the potatoes into French fries and fry them in a frying pan with plenty of oil, so that they remain cooked to your liking.
- Now you will only have to distribute the portions and ready to eat.
