  • 750 gr. fresh anchovies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 glass of cold water
  • 2 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 branch of parsley
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the breaded anchovies

  1. We start our recipe for breaded anchovies by mincing the garlic and parsley as finely as possible. We add both ingredients to a deep bowl.
