With this very simple recipe you are going to prepare a perfect buttercream so that your desserts have a delicious filling or topping. It will take you just over half an hour to get it ready.
- 125 gr. unsalted butter
- 225 gr. icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons blueberry jam
- 50 gr. blueberry
- 2 tablespoons of milkcreamgives
Preparation of blueberry buttercream
- Sift the sugar into a bowl and soften the butter a little in the microwave or leaving it at room temperature. Mix both ingredients until you get a paste-like mixture.
- Chop the blueberries, into pieces as small as you can and add them to the blender glass along with one of the tablespoons of milk. Mix well, beating at full speed.
- Add the blueberry jam and mix again, this time getting a more homogeneous and creamy mixture.
- Add the butter with the sugar and beat again, obtaining a new cream.
- Then, without stopping to beat for a single moment, pour in the remaining tablespoon of milk until a smooth cream is formed.
- Store in the fridge to rest a bit before you are going to use it for the dessert you are preparing.
