- 2 oysters
- 2 glasses of iced vodka
- 1 cup set of tomato
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of tabasco
- 1 tablespoon xanthan
- 1 tablespoon of celery
Preparation of Bloody Mary with oysters
- Open the oysters wide, whichever way you are most used to doing. You put the water that they release into a bowl, the oysters you take out of the interior and the shells you keep.
- In the blender glass you are going to mix the vodka with the tomato juice and the Tabasco, along with the pepper, salt, xatana and celery, beating without stopping until a unique mixture has been made.
