Ingredients

400 gr. Maria cookies
400 ml. of coffee
300 gr. from chocolate black powder
150 ml. of butter
70 gr. of sugar

Preparation of the biscuit cake with chocolate

The first thing we are going to do is prepare a coffee pot for four. As soon as you have it, let the coffee cool in the fridge for about thirty minutes.
Now that the coffee is cold, take a round plate and dip each of the Maria cookies in it. Make sure they are well moistened and, as soon as they are, place them one by one on the plate.
You have to keep in mind that the cookies are round so there will be gaps between them. Don’t worry, all you have to do to fix it is break some of them and use them to fill in gaps.
Now take the mixer and place the butter and sugar inside and beat it until you get a lighter and more manageable dough. Next, cover the cookie layer with the butter and sprinkle the dark chocolate on top.
Now that you’ve done the first layer, you just have to repeat the process. It consists of raising a kind of tower until all the ingredients are exhausted but do not forget that most of the chocolate has to be used in the upper layer.
As soon as you’re done, cover the cake with aluminum foil and place it in the fridge for at least two hours. Later, when it is more compact, it can be eaten.
