  1. In a pressure cooker, pour a good drizzle of oil so that it warms up.

  5. Sprinkle with the tomato paste and stir a little. Cover with water, about half a liter. If you have meat broth it will be much better. Sprinkle a little salt, add the chopped veal, cover and cook for a quarter of an hour. In the case of using a normal saucepan, it will take about an hour to be ready.
  6. Peel the potatoes, wash them well and cut into wedges. In the case of carrots, you grate them, wash them and cut them into cubes. Drain the artichokes so that they release all their liquid and add all these ingredients to the pot, cooking over medium heat, but without covering, for about 25 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  7. After about 10 minutes, salt and pepper to your liking and then let it finish cooking for the remaining quarter of an hour to have your dish ready.
