  • ½ kg. beef

  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 1 onion
  • two tomatoes
  • Sauce yogurt
  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Fine salt

  1. Put all the veal meat in the blender along with a clove of garlic, which is already peeled and cut into pieces, a little oregano and cumin if you want and grind it all for a few minutes, until the meat is completely crushed. If you want to avoid having to do it yourself, then you can ask the butcher to leave it ready for you.
  2. The meat is ready, add a teaspoon of sweet paprika, a little pepper and another little salt. Blend everything again for another 30 seconds until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Now peel both the tomatoes and the onion into slices, but first wash everything well to release all the dirt they may contain. Make sure the cut is sliced ​​and the chunks are not too thick. Also remove the seeds from the tomatoes, unless you don’t mind taking them.
  4. Heat the grill, with a little olive oil, and fry the meat until it is to your liking. Put the meat in the kebab bread, along with the amount of vegetables that you consider appropriate, a couple of lettuce leaves, yogurt sauce and you will have the veal kebab ready.
  5. If you want to make the yogurt sauce homemade, it is very simple, you just have to mix a Greek yogurt with a couple of tablespoons of mustard and in a couple of minutes you will have it.
