  • 400 gr. from sirloin beef
  • 40 gr. onion red
  • 130 gr. tender bean sprouts
  • 45 gr. salted peanuts
  • 50 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 35 gr. fresh basil, coriander and mint mix
  • 1 lime
  • 10 ml. of oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of beef carpaccio

  1. To prepare this exquisite beef carpaccio, the first thing you have to do is ask the butcher to cut the beef tenderloin as finely as possible. In this way, you will save yourself from having to do it yourself.
  2. Take a plate and, if you already have the meat ready, arrange it in a fan shape, carefully mounting some fillets on top of each other. Add a little salt and set it aside. Let’s prepare the garnish.
  3. Wash, peel and cut the onion into thin rings. As soon as you are done with it, put it in a glass container.
  4. Now take the peanuts and crush them as much as you can in a mortar. As soon as you have crushed them, mix them with the bean sprouts but make sure they are well drained beforehand.
  5. Now take the basil, coriander and mint mixture and chop it as fine as you can. Add it to the soybeans and peanuts and stir well. When everything is mixed, add the onion.
  6. Next, take the lime and cut it in half. One of the two halves you have to squeeze over the meat and the other you have to cut it into four pieces.
  7. It is time to add the mixture. Take the content you have in the mortar and put it on the meat and, as soon as it is there, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Place the lime wedges that you had cut before around the plate and, as soon as you have done it, you will only have to add the oil. Your beef carpaccio is ready! We hope you liked this recipe, good luck!
