With a different texture and flavor, you are going to really enjoy a bechamel with tuna for your dishes.


  • 1 can of tuna.
  • 1 egg.
  • 60 gr. Of flour.
  • 60 gr. of butter.
  • 350 ml. milk.
  • 150 gr. of parmesan cheese.
  • Black pepper.
  • 50 gr. nutmeg.

Recipe of bechamel with tuna.

  1. We put the egg in a saucepan with water, over high heat, so that the egg hardens in about 15 minutes more or less. When it is ready we take it out and let it cool.
  2. While it cools, we will make the béchamel: we add the butter to a frying pan and let it melt. When it is soft, add the flour and stir, until a smooth mixture is formed. Next it is the turn of the milk, we stir well until forming a kind of cream. Now we add the salt, nutmeg and pepper, letting everything mix for a few minutes over low heat.
  3. The moment you see that the béchamel begins to thicken, that’s when we have to put out the fire. Now that we are, we turn on the oven at 190º C.
  4. We put the bechamel in an earthenware bowl, which can be used in the oven, we chop the egg and add it. Next we add the can of tuna, distributing everything well in the bowl.
  5. We spread parmesan cheese and baked for about a quarter of an hour.
