The bEchamel with prawns It is a simple and practical recipe for any type of dish.

Ingredients

  • 250 gr. from prawns.
  • 200 ml. milk.
  • 200 ml. of fumet.
  • 4 tablespoons of flour.
  • 2 teeth of Garlic.
  • Olive oil.
  • 50 gr. nutmeg.

Recipe for bechamel with prawns.

  1. To begin, what we will do is make a stock, which is prepared by cooking the heads and shells of shrimp in water. When it’s ready, we keep that liquid.
  2. In a frying pan we put oil to heat and fry the prawns, as well as the well chopped garlic cloves.
  3. In a saucepan, mix the stock, milk and flour. We beat everything well with the mixer, until a kind of cream is formed. We put the fire at medium power, add salt, pepper and nutmeg and let it cook for a few minutes, stirring.
  4. Finally we add the prawns, we leave a couple of minutes more to the fire.
  5. We put in a large bowl and put in the fridge to set well before serving.
