Ingredients

250 ml. milk
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
Olive oil
Nutmeg
Pepper
Salt

Preparation of bechamel in the microwave

In a container that is suitable for the microwave, you will add a good drizzle of olive oil along with the butter (if you want the béchamel to be softer instead of thicker, you can add a couple of tablespoons more) along with the flour and some nutmeg. Then salt and pepper to your liking, stir and put inside for a minute at maximum power.
Stir and return to the microwave for another minute.
Now you add the milk, stir with electric rods and again for another minute at maximum power.
Take out, stir and another minute in the microwave.
When you see that the béchamel thickens, it means that it is ready. Until then you will have to put it in and take it out of the microwave until that happens.
Once ready, you transfer it to a bowl and reserve it in the fridge so that it takes a little body before using it.
