Do you have to prepare a party where many children open? Well, no problem, because the banana cupcakes they are perfect for the little ones. You will only need a pastry bag to put the cover well, so if you do not have one, buy it before you get to work.

Ingredients

For the cupcake:

  • 200 gr. Of flour
  • 1 spoon of yeast
  • 60 gr. of butter
  • 1 yogurt banana
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gr. of sugar

For coverage:

  • two bananas
  • 300 ml. milk
  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 150 gr. icing sugar

Preparation of banana cupcakes

  1. Turn on the oven so that it heats up and down to 180º C and you will have it ready to put the cupcakes.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl, along with the yeast and salt.
  3. In another bowl you are going to beat the egg together with the sugar, obtaining a white mixture. Then add the butter, at room temperature, and beat again.
  4. Now you will beat the egg mixture again, but with the banana yogurt, this way you will get that the cake also has the flavor of the banana.
  5. Add the flour without stopping to beat, for which we recommend using electric rods, until a smooth cream is formed.
  6. You are going to pour this cream into the cupcake molds and put it in the oven to bake for a quarter of an hour or about twenty minutes. You will know that you have to remove them when you prick with a fork or toothpicks and they come out clean.
  7. To make the coverage you only have to mix the butter with the icing sugar in a bowl until you make a cream that you mix with the milk.
  8. Chop the bananas, mash them well and mix them with the milk, obtaining a cream, which you can leave to rest a little in the fridge if you wish.
  9. Take the cupcakes out of the oven. Fill the pastry bag and pour the mixture over the cupcakes.
  10. As an ornament you can put a slice of banana on top if you wish.
