Avocado smoothie preparation
- You will be able to prepare your avocado smoothie in just a few steps. The first thing is to peel the pear, remove the core and chop it very well.
- If you have a blender at home, then you just have to put all the ingredients inside and blend for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a jug, add the ice and put it in the fridge.
- If you don’t have a blender, first add the soy milk with the pear and avocado, well chopped. Blend everything well.
- While the spinach cook a little so that it is very soft.
- Add the spinach, without the water, and the syrup and blend again.
- Crush some ice cubes a little, add, and mix everything together again.
- Pour into a jug and put in the fridge to rest before drinking.
