  • 1 avocado mature
  • 300 gr of coriander
  • 1 onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sweet pepper, chili or chilli
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of avocado sauce for meat

  1. The first thing you should do to prepare this avocado sauce for meat is to peel, wash and cut the onion into small pieces. Then do the same with the garlic cloves and the sweet pepper.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and skin and cut the pulp into medium squares. Wash the coriander with plenty of water and vinegar to disinfect and then cut its leaves finely.
  3. Let’s start making the sauce! Put the lemon juice, a splash of water, onion, garlic and chili in the blender glass. Process until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Then add the avocado and cilantro in two parts so that the blender processes all the ingredients correctly.
  5. When you have a homogeneous green sauce, add the tablespoon of olive oil, salt to taste and the mayonnaise. Process to integrate correctly and then rectify the salt.
  6. Pour the contents of the blender glass into a glass container, decorate with a sprig of parsley and voila: now you can enjoy this irresistible avocado sauce for meat!
