Ingredients
- 1 avocado big
- 1 onion
- 250 gr of coriander
- 1 tomato
- 6 teeth of Garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation of avocado sauce for fish
- To start making this avocado fish sauce, start by peeling, washing and cutting the onion into small squares. Then do the same with the garlic cloves and cilantro.
- Wash the tomato, cut it in half, extract the seeds and then chop them into medium pieces. Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and the pit, and cut the pulp into medium squares.
- Add the onion, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice to the blender glass. Process until you get a completely runny mixture.
- Add the cilantro and tomato to the blender and process until you get a smooth, lump-free sauce. Then add the avocado and process. If the fruit is difficult to crush, add a splash of water.
- When you have a homogeneous sauce without lumps, add the salt, the garlic powder and drag any piece of onion or avocado that may have been left without crushing to the base of the blender. Process and correct the flavor of the sauce.
