Easy curry sauce recipe
Ingredients:
- 50 gr. of butter
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 cup of liquid cream
- Olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
Preparation of the easy curry sauce:

- In a pot, place a tablespoon of olive oil along with 50 grams of butter and heat over low heat to melt the butter.
- While you wait for the butter to melt, peel and chop the onion. To prevent your eyes from watering so much, you can wash it under running water before you start cutting it.
- When you see that the butter is already melting, add the onion and salt and pepper to your liking. Stir well and cook over medium heat until transparent.
- At that point, add three tablespoons of curry powder, less if you want it not to be so spicy, and stir everything well.
- Add the liquid cream and stir again. Taste to see if it’s on point or if you need to add more curry or pepper.
- Leave over medium heat for about 5 minutes so that the sauce thickens while stirring constantly.
- When the sauce has thickened, you will have the easy curry sauce ready to accompany the dishes that you like the most.
If you are looking for the curry to have more body, you can also add chicken broth, which will give the sauce much more consistency. Delicious!
