The avocado jelly It is much easier to do than it seems, especially if you follow this recipe.
- 3 avocados
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 250 ml. lyncott cream
- 350 ml. milk
- 140 gr. gelatin
- 150 gr. whiskey cream
- 4 mint leaves
Avocado Jelly Recipe
- Chop the avocados into as small chunks as you can, or run them through a blender. Then in the blender you are going to mix them with the milk, the condensed milk, the whiskey cream and the Lyncott cream. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Dissolve the gelatin in water with some good herb leaves and mix with the contents of the blender, beating well.
- Pour this mixture into the containers that you are going to use for the gelatin and leave it to rest in the fridge overnight so that the mixture sets well.
- The next morning, you can already enjoy a great avocado jelly.
