The avocado jelly It is much easier to do than it seems, especially if you follow this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 250 ml. lyncott cream
  • 350 ml. milk
  • 140 gr. gelatin
  • 150 gr. whiskey cream
  • 4 mint leaves

Avocado Jelly Recipe

  1. Chop the avocados into as small chunks as you can, or run them through a blender. Then in the blender you are going to mix them with the milk, the condensed milk, the whiskey cream and the Lyncott cream. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in water with some good herb leaves and mix with the contents of the blender, beating well.
  3. Pour this mixture into the containers that you are going to use for the gelatin and leave it to rest in the fridge overnight so that the mixture sets well.
  4. The next morning, you can already enjoy a great avocado jelly.
