Asturian fabada recipe with seafood

Add prawns and another type of red fish in this Asturian bean stew with seafood. You will suck your fingers.

Ingredients

  • ½ kg. of beans
  • 1 dozen clams
  • 4 prawns
  • 4 scampi
  • 2 crabs
  • 1 spider crab
  • 1 onion
  • 3 teeth of Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Sweet paprika
  • Saffron
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Asturian fabada recipe with seafood

  1. Put the beans, if they are quick-cooking but you will have to soak them overnight, in a saucepan with the onion cut in half, 2 of the garlic cloves without skin, a little parsley and a good drizzle of oil to cook. After about 10 minutes you add the water.
