The Fabada Asturian made in the thermomix It is a recipe inspired by the most traditional recipe, but designed for modern kitchen machines.
- 250 gr. of beans
- 2 teeth of Garlic
- 100 gr. of lacón
- 1 chorizo
- 1 blood sausage
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
Asturian fabada thermomix recipe
- Put the beans, tender, in the thermomix glass with a liter of water. Program for a quarter of an hour at 100º C temperature.
- After this program, drain the beans and add the other liter of water. Add the garlic cloves, the pork shoulder, the chorizo and program with the same program again.
- After this program, add the blood sausage, the paprika, the food coloring, a little salt and the beans. Program again at 100º C for 35 minutes.
- And you will have your plate ready.
