Ingredients
- 12 artichokes
- 200 gr. from Serrano ham
- 4 teeth of Garlic
- Olive oil
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
Preparation of baked artichokes with ham
- The first thing you should do is preheat the oven to 200ºC. In this way, as soon as you have the artichokes ready, you can just put them in the oven.
- Now we are going to prepare the artichokes. To do this, all you have to do is cut the stem and remove the outer leaves since, being so hard, they do not cook.
- Now pour a little olive oil on the baking tray and spread it around. Next, place the artichokes face up.
- Put the peeled garlic cloves and a little salt in a mortar. Crush well and, when you have this minced ready, add a little sweet paprika and olive oil. Stir all the ingredients well so that they mix well.
- Cut the serrano ham into strips and add it to the bite. Stir again to mix everything well.
- Put this mixture on the artichokes and place the dish in the oven. As soon as half an hour has passed, check if the artichokes are already tender. In that case, you can turn off the oven, set them aside and serve them. Don’t waste another minute and run to savor your artichokes with ham, now that they are very warm. Enjoy them!
