Ingredients
- 500 gr. from rice
- 1/2 chicken chopped up
- 3 teeth of Garlic
- 100 gr. from mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 5 mature tomatoes
- Food coloring
- 1 liter of chicken soup
- Olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
Preparation of rice with chicken with garlic
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and salt and pepper it. Wash the green pepper, remove the seeds and dice it into medium sized cubes. Wash the mushrooms well to remove the earth and dice them and medium dice as well.
- Heat a large skillet or casserole with olive oil and sauté the green pepper over medium heat until soft. When the pepper is ready, add the mushrooms and fry them until they soften and change color.
- When the mushrooms are ready, remove both the bell pepper and the mushrooms from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil if necessary, and sauté the garlic until golden brown. At that time add the chicken pieces and fry them well on all sides.
- While the chicken is cooking, grate the tomatoes to extract the juice. You can also peel and blend them with the blender. Reservation.
- When the chicken is done, add the peppers and mushrooms back to the pan. Then add the grated tomato. Stir, add salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

- After 7 minutes, rectify the salt, reduce the power to medium intensity and cook for 10 more minutes or until the rice is almost soft.
