- 6 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 2 packs of jelly apricot
Making apricot jelly
- You put the gelatin in a bowl, in the equivalent of two cups, so that it dissolves, in addition to a little lemon juice.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining four cups of water and add the sugar, stir well.
- Add the gelatin, which will already be well dissolved and stir well. Turn off the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Turn on the fire again after 10 minutes and add the jam, stirring well until it is well integrated and a mixture is forming more and more and thicker.
- Pour into the different molds that you put inside the fridge until the gelatin takes on a little body, which can take between 6 to 8 hours.
- At the time of serving it, you can put a little cream or any other type of sweet ingredient that you can think of.
