  • 6 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 2 packs of jelly apricot

Making apricot jelly

  1. You put the gelatin in a bowl, in the equivalent of two cups, so that it dissolves, in addition to a little lemon juice.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the remaining four cups of water and add the sugar, stir well.
  3. Add the gelatin, which will already be well dissolved and stir well. Turn off the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Turn on the fire again after 10 minutes and add the jam, stirring well until it is well integrated and a mixture is forming more and more and thicker.
  5. Pour into the different molds that you put inside the fridge until the gelatin takes on a little body, which can take between 6 to 8 hours.
  6. At the time of serving it, you can put a little cream or any other type of sweet ingredient that you can think of.
