Ingredients

1 glass of milk
1 glass of sugar
1 glass of flour
7 apples
4 eggs
1 cup of jam to taste
1 glass of water

Preparation of apple pie without puff pastry

Peel four of the seven apples, removing the core and passing them through the blender glass, along with the milk, until a kind of paste forms.
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, in which you are going to add the sugar. Mix well and add both ingredients into the mixture that you have made of the apple with the milk, forming a kind of cream.
Beat the eggs and add them slowly until they beat very well.
Spread a baking sheet with a little butter or olive oil and pour this mixture that you have prepared. If you are going to use a mold, it is better that it be removable, so that the apple pie does not break.
Peel the other three apples, removing the core, as well as the seeds, and cut them in layers.
Distribute the apples as you see fit over the dough, although the most common is to do it in a spiral or layer mode.
In the microwave you are going to heat the jam with a little water and some sugar.
When it is ready, you are going to paint the apples with this preparation.
Put the oven at 200º C so that they are done. The apples have to be well browned.
To know if it can be removed or not from the microwave you have to prick the dough with a knife, to see if it comes out clean, at that moment you can remove it.
