  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons brandy or rum
  • 1 lemon
  • a pinch of salt

Microwave apple pie preparation

  1. To start preparing this pie, the first thing you have to do is the base: To do this, place the butter in a bowl and beat it together with a cup of sugar until it forms a cream.
  2. Then add the eggs one by one, letting them blend well before adding the next. Besides, sift the flour with the help of a strainer and add the salt.
  3. Add the flour little by little to the mixture and finally add the vanilla and brandy.
  4. Add half a teaspoon of butter to the special microwave mold that you are going to use and pour the mixture that you have prepared.
  5. Microwave for 10 minutes, preferably 800 watts and cover with a kitchen paper.
  6. Meanwhile, wash the apples, remove the seeds, core them, peel them and slice them very thin. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle them with the lemon juice so that they do not oxidize.
  7. After time, remove the pie and cover it with the apple slices, sprinkle with the cinnamon, then with the remaining brown sugar and also place several pieces of butter on top.
  8. Microwave for 5 more minutes and cover again.
