- 300 gr. Of flour.
- two apples.
- 75 gr. from walnuts.
- 1 yoghurt.
- 225 gr. of sugar.
- 115 ml. of oil.
- 1 sachet of yeast.
- two eggs.
- 50 gr. of icing sugar.
Apple and walnut tart recipe.
- We preheat the oven to 185º C so that it warms up as soon as we need it.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar, until obtaining a whitish mixture. Achieved, we add the yogurt and beat again. Then the yeast and again to beat. With everything mixed is when we will add the walnuts.
- Now we are going to pour the flour little by little, without stopping beating. We can use the mixer or some electric rods. The point is to achieve a homogeneous mass.
- We spread this dough around the mold that we are going to use, in the way we want. When you have it ready, put it in the oven for about three quarters of an hour or so. Keep an eye on it, because if not, it may burn you.
- We peel the apples and cut them into something similar to slices and, when the base has been in the oven for half the time, we remove it and carefully distribute the apples on top. Baked again to cook the remaining time.
