Apple muffins are quite tasty, and if you have not tried them you will never regret not having done it as soon as you take the first bite of them.
- one Apple
- one egg
- 8 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 5 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powdered
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons white rum
- 10 gr. of butter
Preparation of apple muffins
- First of all, peel the apple, wash it well and remove the core. You cut it into segments which you pass through the blender glass so that they are well crushed.
- Beat the egg together with the brown sugar, forming a slightly brownish mixture. You add the butter, which is a little melted so that it is more manageable, and do not stop beating for a single moment to form a new homogeneous mixture.
- Then you add the milk, rum and ground cinnamon and beat again, with the mixer much better, so that a new homogeneous mixture is formed with a different tone.
- Sift the flour into a bowl and make a small hole in the center where you add the yeast. With the help of a teaspoon mix well.
- Then add a little salt and stir the flour again to integrate it perfectly.
- Add the apple to the egg mixture and beat a little so that it is integrated. Now add the flour, little by little, without stopping beating for a single moment so that a more and more creamy mixture is formed each time.
- Pour this mixture into the different molds that you want to use to make the muffins and you have them for about 20 minutes, if they are made before then better, at 200º C.
