- 3 apples green
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 green pepper Italian
- 1/4 of chives
- 1 onion
- 1 tooth of Garlic
- 4 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 slices of bread from the day before
- 1/2 glass of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of apple gazpacho
- The first thing we will do is prepare all the ingredients: We start by peeling the apples and removing the seeds. Then chop the pulp into medium pieces. Also peel the cucumber and cut it into three parts.
- Cut the chives into large squares. Cut the green pepper in two, remove the seeds and the white part, and then cut into strips. Peel and cut the onion into 4 pieces and then remove the germ from the garlic clove.
- Add the apples, bell pepper, chives, onion, garlic clove, cucumber, water, and salt and pepper to taste to the blender glass. Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- If necessary, you can add a little more water so that the ingredients are processed correctly.
- Add the olive oil, vinegar and bread to the preparation. Reprocess until everything is properly integrated and you have a thick mixture.
- Rectify the salt and pour the apple gazpacho into a glass jug. Refrigerate for two hours or until serving time. How did it look? You’ll see that it’s great!
