  • 1 kg. from tomatoes
  • 400 gr. from apples
  • 2 tooth Garlic
  • Salt
  • 100 ml. Of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
  • 100 gr. stale bread

Preparation of apple salmorejo
