  • 2 tablespoons yeast.
  • 150 gr. Of flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • 70 gr. of sugar.
  • 1 glass of milk
  • two apples.

Preparation of the apple fritters:

  1. In a bowl we will first mix 2 tablespoons of yeast with 150 gr. of flour and 70 gr. of sugar. We must mix everything well so that the ingredients are not noticeable.
  2. Now what we will do is add 1 egg and begin to beat everything with force and energy to get a very smooth paste. Next we fill 1 glass of milk and put it in the bowl and beat it all well again so that it is well mixed.
  3. When everything is well mixed we will let the dough rest. While the dough that we have created is resting, we will peel the apples. Very important to remove the heart and cut it into medium pieces, trying to make them as square as possible.
  4. If the dough is already warm, add the apple cubes and mix everything so that the apple pieces are well impregnated with the dough. Meanwhile, in a frying pan we will heat a lot of oil.
  5. With the oil ready to fry, we will use a spoon to take the apple data and introduce them little by little, in small quantities so that they do not stick once they have swollen.
  6. Once they are well browned, we will remove them and place them on absorbent paper so that they release the abundant oil and are more tasty.
