Ingredients

3 eggs
215 gr. white sugar
1 yogurt of lemon
120 ml. Of olive oil
185 gr. Of flour
1 sachet of yeast
1 Apple
Salt

Thermomix apple cake recipe

First of all, start the oven at 190º C so that it preheats.
In the thermomix glass, put the eggs together with the sugar. Program it for two minutes at speed 3 at about 37º C.
When finished, add the lemon yogurt, it can be any brand, along with the oil. Program at speed 3 for about 15 seconds.
Next is to add the salt, all the flour and the yeast envelope. Program at speed 2 for about 14 seconds. With this the dough will be ready.
Cut the apple into pieces, or crush it in the thermomix, and pour the prepared dough into the mold along with the apple pieces at the bottom and other pieces on the surface.
