The american nachos they are a delicacy! Although this dish is of Mexican origin, its impact on American food culture has made it a classic starter in bars and restaurants around the world.

Ingredients

1/2 jar of red beans
200 gr. from mince
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/2 onion chopped
200 gr. of nachos
1 tomato chopped up
1/2 onion chopped
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
Guacamole to taste

Preparation of American nachos

Season the minced meat, kneading it with your hands.
In a pan, brown the chopped onion first and then add the meat. Stir well so that both ingredients are well browned.
Add the beans (they must be already cooked) and the seasoning. Stir to integrate and cover everything with water. Cook over medium heat until the beans are much softer.
Beat to form a thick paste and reserve it.
Place the nachos in a baking dish, forming a layer and on top you place the meat paste along with the Mexican sauce.
Top with the cheese, tomato and a little more onion. Repeat the process until you have several layers.
Bake at 190º C so that the cheese browns.
Now you put the cream in a small bowl along with the lemon juice. Stir well until it thickens and then add the yogurt and stir again.
On top of this sauce, add the guacamole and the sour cream.
When you take out the nachos, pour this mixture on top or leave the sauce aside for whoever wants to put it on. And to enjoy the game.
