  8. While the chicken is marinating, we take a bowl and prepare another dry mixture. Add the other cup of flour and cornstarch. Mix well and add a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of curry powder, a pinch of sweet paprika, black pepper and garlic powder.
  9. We heat a frying pan with a good jet of olive oil, and before putting the chicken in the pan, we coat it again with the dry mixture that we have prepared, pressing well.
