  • 150 gr. gluten-free flour
  • 180 gr. flour almonds
  • 150 gr. brown sugar
  • 150 gr. unsalted butter
  • two eggs/ “>eggs
  • 1 sachet of raising agent

Preparation of gluten-free almond cookies

  6. We are going to form balls by hand and place them on the baking tray. Next, we have to crush them so that they take the shape of a biscuit and all that remains is to put them in the oven. They have to be inside it for about fifteen minutes.
