- 220 grs. from almonds raw
- 100 gr. stale bread
- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 200 ml. Of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 600 ml. cold water
Preparation of ajoblanco with almonds
- First of all, we are going to put the almonds in a container with water to hydrate them. We leave them to soak for a few minutes and then drain them well.
- We also soak the bread in water, soaking it well to soften it. Once it is soft, we squeeze it a little so that it releases the excess water and we separate it.
