It was never so easy to do aioli with thermomix. This robot will do all the work for you.


  • 60 gr. of teeth of Garlic
  • 325 ml. sunflower oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt

Aioli thermomix recipe

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into four pieces, until obtaining 60 gr. that you need.
  2. In the thermomix glass, squeeze the lemon juice and together with 245 ml. of sunflower oil. Then add the garlic cloves. Program to crush at speed 6 for 4 minutes.
  3. Open the thermomix glass once the program is finished, lower the ingredients to the bottom of the glass and program at the same speed for another 2 minutes so that the ingredients finish mixing.
  4. Place the butterfly on the blades, cover again and program at speed 4 for 3 minutes.
  5. Everything should have been well crushed, so now add the remaining olive oil, with a little salt, and program at speed 3 for 20 seconds. If you see that it has not been well mixed, program a little longer at the same speed.
