It was never so easy to do aioli with thermomix. This robot will do all the work for you.
Ingredients
- 60 gr. of teeth of Garlic
- 325 ml. sunflower oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt
Aioli thermomix recipe
- Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into four pieces, until obtaining 60 gr. that you need.
- In the thermomix glass, squeeze the lemon juice and together with 245 ml. of sunflower oil. Then add the garlic cloves. Program to crush at speed 6 for 4 minutes.
- Open the thermomix glass once the program is finished, lower the ingredients to the bottom of the glass and program at the same speed for another 2 minutes so that the ingredients finish mixing.
- Place the butterfly on the blades, cover again and program at speed 4 for 3 minutes.
- Everything should have been well crushed, so now add the remaining olive oil, with a little salt, and program at speed 3 for 20 seconds. If you see that it has not been well mixed, program a little longer at the same speed.
