Following this recipe you will prepare a delicious aioli sauce with pesto that will make your dishes taste much better, with a few minutes of preparation you will see that it is very worth it.
Ingredients
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 4 tablespoons of pecans
- 3 teeth of Garlic
- 120 gr. grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation of aioli with pesto
- You put the basil leaves in the mortar glass and crush them well, until you have turned them into powder.
- You roast the garlic cloves, once peeled, with olive oil and then chop them well.
- In the case of pecans, you chop them well, or crush them with the mortar, as you prefer.
- Add these three ingredients to the blender glass along with the grated cheese and mayonnaise. Start beating so that a unique homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Now, so that the sauce becomes a little thicker, add olive oil little by little, until it takes on the consistency that you like the most.
- Salt and pepper to your liking and beat again so that both spices are well integrated.
- Keep in the fridge until you have to use it.
